Autumn Dish in Japan

















I cooked "Autumn "diner tonight.
1. Broil with salt of  Pacific saury 
2.Stir-fried vegetables and pork in the Chinese style
3.Sweet potato of University (Salted and Sweeted taste)
4.Miso(Soybean paste)Soup with japanese radish
5.Sweet potato rice

















This is Broil with salt of  Pacific saury , added grated Japanese radish.  Speaking of "Autumn Dish" is this! It is simple to cook with.  
1.Salted both side of saury, heads is 10times , tails is 8times.
2.Then saury keep 15 minute to 30 minute, broil the oven.(The oven heat up in advance)
3.At first you broil heads about 5 minute, and next tails 4minute.(It's depend on heat condition)  

















This is sweet potato rice and miso-soup.
